With 20 years of experience in arts administration, she has worked with various arts organizations to find creative ways to share important knowledge across the continent. Through consulting, research, and training, she brings together artists and communities in exciting ways.

Pan-Africanism

Guided by the philosophy of Pan-Africanism, Nyambura provides project management and curatorial expertise to connect grassroots arts programs and create cultural experiences that cross borders. She collaborates on festivals, exchange programs, and residencies to activate progressive artistic movements.

Nyambura’s vision is to bring together like-minded creatives to develop projects that help grow the creative economy by drawing on our African cultural heritage. A Swahili proverb captures her overall aspiration: "Umoja ni nguvu, utengano ni udhaifu" – "Unity is strength, division is weakness."
