Anup Panthi

Sound Healing Master

The mentor and guru of the tradition and techniques taught and practiced at this centre is a long-time Tantric Buddhist practitioner from Nepal of Brahmin origin ("priest" or "teacher" lineage). He has travelled across Asia studying the spiritual practices taught in the Vedas, by the Nada Yogis, the Buddhists, and the traditional shamanic religions of the Himalayas. Anup is also a musician, music producer, and physicist.

International Nada Yoga Centre

Anup founded the International Nada Yoga Centre, which is the only certifying board worldwide based in the Himalayan traditions and coupled with hard science and tested techniques for sound healing therapy.

Singing Bowls and Gongs

Together with his wife, Anup Panthi supplies Sound Healing Africa with sound healing instruments made by hand at a workshop in Kathmandu. These instruments are sourced and produced ethically, at the highest musical and durability quality.

Passing down the Teachings

After mentoring Narissa as a sound healing practitioner since 2018, Anup gave her the blessing to go forth as a teacher herself in February 2024 when they spent a dedicated period of deep study and one-on-one in-person training for this purpose. In fact, he instructed her to not wait any longer so that the authentic teachings are shared widely across the African continent.
