Our Drum Circles, guided by practitioner Mbutch, offer a shared space for rhythm, connection, and collective healing. Using Indigenous Afrikan drums and percussion, these circles invite participants of all levels to come together in guided rhythm, listening, and expression. Rooted in ancestral traditions, the sessions encourage grounding, community bonding, stress release, and energetic alignment through sound and vibration. No prior drumming experience is required just a willingness to listen, participate, and connect.
