Most singing bowls that you find in shops and online shops are actually machine-made. Consult an expert or contact us if you are unsure when trying to identify if a bowl is hand-made or machine made. 
 
Machine-made bowls are mass-made in factories and have smooth finishes often with painted designs. They are easily tuned to the note you desire. The sound is usually quite short-lived compared to the hand-made bowls.
