Singing Bowls 101

This is for you if you wish to use a singing bowl or bowls for your personal meditation or healing practice. 

This introductory course will entail both theory and practical, with a focus on the practical. Note this is an in-person workshop. 

We will cover:

- Why, Where, How, What and Why of Singing Bowls

- Playing techniques

- Personal use of the singing bowl(s) for meditation or healing
